Add or edit clients, resources & placements in JobAdder and it will seamlessly update in Invoxy for timesheets & invoicing.
Migrating your JobAdder Placement Data to Invoxy
To integrate with JobAdder, go to Manage > Integrations. Select JobAdder and press connect, you will be prompted to enter your company name and password.
If the integration is correctly synced you will see a green light on the Integrations page for JobAdder.
How does the integration work?
Once your Invoxy account is synced with JobAdder any current placements will automatically begin to flow through to Invoxy. Current placements are all placements in JobAdder that have a status of 'Approved' and have a finish date (or placement date, for permanent placements) in the future.
After the initial migration of data, Invoxy will check JobAdder for updates every 10 minutes and any changes to current placements or any new current placements you have made in JobAdder will be imported or updated.
